UME Stay

Last weekend I stayed at the University of Maine. On Friday my 4H friends and I went swimming and played games.
On Saturday we went to our classes. In my first class we made ice cream and learned the science of blueberries. Then I went to a robotics class. I learned how to use a device that can do surgery without cutting you open as much as they used to. For my final class I made a different flavor popcorn. I put maple syrup, honey, chocolate syrup, sugar and cinnamon with sugar on top of the popcorn. It was yummy. That night we saw Avatar the movie. It was epic.
Sunday morning we went home after we did a walk for childhood obesity. Ironically, on the way home, my parents and I ate at McDonald's.
What a weekend!

The Sebago Brewery Company

My family and I went to a restaurant called Sebago Brewery Company. First we shared a calamari appetizer. It was good. My mom had the scallops special with sweet potato ravioli. Dad had the sirloin tips and a mountain of broccoli. Grandpa had fish and chips with coleslaw. Grandma had the seafood linguine. I had the seafood chowder which was yummy. We all shared a chocolate cake. It was called a volcano. IT WAS DELICIOUS! So that's my evening at the restaurant.

The Odd Couple

Mom, Dad and I went to see "The Odd Couple" at the City Theater in Biddeford. Some of my friends were in the play. It was so funny we were all laughing hard. My favorite part was when Oscar threw the linguine on the wall. That was cool.

When the play was over we got a group photo. It was the best day ever.

Exchange City

On the 28th of May I am going to Exchange City. It is about becoming an adult like having a job, adding and subtracting in your check book.
I am running for mayor and I just voted for myself. If I am not elected (aka loser) I want to be in the police force so I can give out tickets. I hope it is going to be fun and exciting.
