Men In Black 3

Last week I saw Men In Black 3. I would say that the movie was my favorite out of the series. It is more action-packed and has a whole bunch of twists and turns. My favorite part was when Agent J went back in time to save his best friend from Boris the animal.
I definitely recommend this movie.

GREMLINS

Check all the closets and cupboards. Look under all the beds. Cause you never can tell. There just might be a gremlin in your house," Mr. Peltzer warned at the end of Gremlins.

Locked

On Sunday afternoon, my dad and I went to see Locked, a movie about a jail in space that has a break out. The president's daughter, who is a journalist interviewing some prisoners, is in danger. The secret service sends in one guy to save her. I recommend this movie.

D&D New Groups

My D&D Adventurers and I are splitting up into two different teams because we have too many players. So we are making new characters. I made a dwarf whose name is Thorin Ironclad.

Next week we will finish up our characters and kill some enemies.

Dark Shadows

On Friday, my dad and I went to see Dark Shadows. The movie is about a vampire (Jonny Depp) who comes back from the dead and seeks revenge on behalf of his dead girl friend. The plot was good. The movie well done. It was just not as funny as the previews.

The Temple

My D&D adventurers and I are finally at our destination to purify the altar. There were three harpies standing in our way so our big party attacked them. Two owlbears took one of them and began to eat it. The other two harpies got ripped to shreds. We saw three angels who told me to get out of their temple. So I got as far away from them as possible.

Soups Up

My D&D adventurers and I went to a town that made stews. I asked why the townsfolk were making so much stew in one day. A man replied that they make the stew so the monster won't eat them. We asked, "What if we killed the dreaded monster?"
A man laughed and said, "You kill a beholder? Ha! No one has killed this beholder and no one will! But if you do kill it, we will give you stew for a month."
I looked at my comrades and back to the man and told him we would do it for free. Then the sun disappeared. The beholder (a giant brain with multiple eyes that has special powers and a huge center eye) blocked out the sun. All of the towns people ran towards the building with the giant pot of stew. The beholder killed everyone, but us.
One of us had a great idea about how to kill the beholder. That person told  the beholder, "Go to the sun. It will give you great powers of invincibility." The beholder went to the sun and got fried. He fell back down to earth and looked like a giant meatball.

The Hunger Games

On Thursday I went to a Hunger Games trivia event at the library where someone asked us questions about the book. If we got a question right we got points, if we get one wrong we lost points. In the first round I and some others were in the negatives. We got eliminated. After the second round everyone got a bookmark and some goodies. Tomorrow my mom, dad, and I are going to see The Hunger Games movie with some friends.

Little Secrets

When my D&D adventurers and I followed the wood nymphs to their encampment, they asked us if we wanted to play their game. We accepted. The wood nymphs asked what our secret was. I told them that I was a werewolf and can turn into one every full moon. The nymphs said, "You guys won our game. Off you go now." So we did.

The Red Dragon Comes

My D&D adventurers and I went to a town named Burndown. The town was literally burning down and we saw every house and townsfolk on fire. One of us looked up and saw a baby red dragon that had caused the destruction. We distracted the red dragon by taunting him. Meanwhile, our spell caster made a ball to trap the red dragon so that we can train it to be our pet like the owl bear. An hour passed and the ball was ready. Our dragon born (half human half dragon) threw the ball and the dragon blew fire. The ball trapped the fire and the dragon's head inside. The dragon died and I took five red dragon scales.

Split Up

My D&D group characters and I were walking in a mystical forest. We got separated from each other.  These giant spiders came out of the trees and attacked us. While we were in battle, some wood nymphs came and dispatched the rest of the spiders. Afterwards, the nymphs took us to their camp.

A Little Tied Up

My D&D adventurers and I were walking. We heard some people shouting and screaming. So we went to see what was going on. The towns people said that there were two Gelatinous Cubes (a giant ooze monster in a shape of a cube). We fought the Cubes. One of the them engulfed me several times, but each time I managed to escape. Our pet, the Owlbear, ate both of the Cubes. The Cubes were defeated.
That was my D&D adventure.

More Orc Trouble

My D and D adventurers and I snuck into an orc party. There were two staircases leading in the same direction so we split up and blocked the exits. The owlbear jumped on the king of the orcs and everyone ran away. So we looted the treasure room full of useless decorative items like a belt, and a sword, but we did find some gold.

Unexpected guests

Where we last left off... We killed the crazy undead monkey and the whight. As we were sleeping, some unexpected guests arrived. There was an owlbear and a dragon-type monster. The healer tamed the owl bear. The dragon monster was just a costume with a crazy girl inside. We left her alone. Off we went to find more adventures.

Undead Fortress

Where we last left off we were in front of the undead fortress. We killed the wight guard outside the castle walls (a wight is an undead) and we entered the castle. There were two more wights in the room. Morgan Freeman killed one and we severely injured the other. This big undead monkey appeared and our undead wizard spoke to it. The monkey replied banana, banana, BANANA! The monkey was very unintelligent.

A Little Orc Problem

When we last left off, we were still in the castle. We killed the rest of the orcs and then we dressed up in bandits and mercenary disguises. We made some intimidation and bluff checks to sneak passed the orc-infested town. We failed. Ten orcs saw through our disguises.We had to fight them. There was a big bonfire in the middle of the battlefield so our undead wizard summoned a flame warrior who came out from the flames. He snatched one of the orcs and pulled him into the fire, killing him instantly. I tackled an orc into the fire and he burned to death. (Note: I can't get hurt in the fire since I am a Tiefling so I have a resistance of five fire damage.) Our cleric cast a spell on an obese orc. Since the orc couldn't dodge fast enough, the spell automatically hit and the orc died. All the orcs got scared and didn't attack us. We dispatched the rest of the orcs. After that encounter we saw a two-headed troll. Behind him was a door. He asked us, "What's the password?" The troll gave us a riddle to solve."What's fun to crush that has a gooey treasure inside?" The cleric answered, "The mind." And I said, "The brain." The answer was "the skull". The troll accepted the cleric's answer so we entered the door and found Morgan Freeman on the other side.

Winter Haven Adventures

My five fellow adventurers and I arrived in a town called Winter Haven. There, we found a Paladin, a holy fighter, who looked like Morgan Freeman. He wanted us to protect him while he purified an altar that was infested with orcs. We accepted and set off to the castle.


As we neared the castle, two orcs bombarded us with arrows from above. In the courtyard, we saw an ogre on the opposite side of the portcullis. An orc pulled on a lever that opened the portcullis, allowing two of the orcs and the ogre to attack us. As we fought these three foes, our stealthy rogue crept to the other side of the gate. She attacked the one standing by the lever. The orc got scared and pulled the lever again. This caused the portcullis to fall on his comrades, stabbing them to death with the pointy spikes. Our rogue operated the lever and let us in.
